I went to Happy Hamster today to get my computer looked at. When I first walked in I was immediately greeted and assisted by Kyle, an employee. He was very nice and quickly figured out the initial problem (and several other problems I was having, like very slow boot up time). Kyle also recommended what I should do to keep my computer running smoothly. Oh! And did I mention that the diagnosis was free! It was pro bono, as it was a simple problem that could be fixed quickly. I definitely recommend Happy Hamster Computers.
