My husband and I had the good fortune to see the King Tut exhibit 30 years ago, though we each saw it in different cities: I, in San Francisco and he, in London.
When part of the exhibit arrived in Seattle, I, in my haste, dragged my husband down to Seattle (we live on Guemes Island) without first reading any of the posted reviews...
Though the exhibit did contain interesting pieces, it did not include most of the pieces in the original show.
