We went to see Tim Minchin, we got directed downstairs initially however an usher advised we were in the wrong seats and asked us to move upstairs. Upon moving upstairs we were then refused entry because the show had started so we missed the majority of the first half of the show.
The fact the usher interrupted during the performance and that Tim referenced a late comer to the show indicated we were the victim of an oversealous member of staff really impaired our night out
