Purchased a used car that was not a Honda. Salesman really tried to sell the extended warranty and almost seemed angry when I refused (the warranty was half the price of the car). Was told my salesman would be my point person if any issues arose. Emailed him three times and never got a response. Ridiculous customer service. Clearly they make their bonuses on selling warranties which are way over-priced and don't care about their customers after the sale is final. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will share my story with friends, social media and anyone else who will listen.
