We have been a regular diners here for over 6 years, pre Michelin star. We took friends here today for a Christmas celebration. The service, which is usually impeccable, was very average to poor. No coats were taken and the waitress was obviously new as she wasn't up to speed on the dishes. Our favourite dish is the tea smoked ribs which were served cold, not even luke warm. Such a disappointing finish to otherwise good food. I was very surprised to find out they still have a Michelin star, there was nothing very special about the experience to set it self from any other restaurant in China town. Our seat was torn and patched, the crockery on the table was dirty and food placed on table with no explanation. Not Michelin standard at all but Michelin prices. Lift your game!
