I just want to say that Rab's has really great customer service.
I booked a party in March but due to the pandemic, I obviously had to cancel.
I had already put down a $100 deposit that they told me could be used for the future.
They called me today to say that unfortunately they weren't able to reopen for phase 4, and don't know when they will be opening. They asked if I would like a refund for my $100 deposit.
So nice of them to be honest with their customers! Just wanted to share.
