I found nothing but terrible customer service and insults. The sales representative told me vinegar is an edible product and is not meant for cleaning and implied that this fact was common sense. The CEO, Mr. Ferrara, told me that even though we were not told specifically that vinegar stains the marble floors is the client responsibility to know what products to use and not to use. He even implied that someone who can afford to buy those floors would have the knowledge.

Due to a medical condition doctors have recommended to use ONLY vinegar to clean floors. After installing the marble floors on the second home we where given instructions of care but was NEVER mentioned not to use vinegar.

We had to pay $4,400 to have the floors polished to remove the stains.

I contacted the company's CEO Mr. Carlos Ferrando regarding this matter and requesting that the repair cost was at least partially refunded. I thought that since we purchased floors from them for TWO homes they would take some responsibility.

Any business owner knows that customer acquisition is very expensive, I can't believe that the company is willing to lose a client and create a bad reputation by refusing to take responsibility. This is a shame since floors were purchased from them for not one but TWO homes and the plan was to continue to be their clients but is very disappointing to find out that they not only have very bad customer service but they take no responsibility for the lack of proper Product Maintenance Education.
