Saturday evening with the four of us. Booked two weeks ago at 7.30pm. We were 1 hour early and asked if we could have a drink outside first. With an arrogant look we were told that Catch would not be able to hold the table upstairs (special request) at 7.30pm. Ok then but later to eat a table somewhere else. We had a drink on the terrace (it got a bit colder) and reported again at 1930h to the same ladies at the door. No we had to wait a while. Then we were allowed to ....... to a table outside! We did not agree with that. Then just wait in the corridors. After half an hour, we just sounded the bell. I was really not happy ..... had specially reserved all this in time to thank my guests for it. Then we got a drink on the house (that was said with a very unfriendly face). Half an hour later we could sit at the table! We have been before (several times), but this is NOT ok! And certainly the last time. The service (except for a lady at the table) does not make her guests feel like a guest.
