There aren't enough stars to give to Cranney. One month after moving into our new condo, we awoke to no heat (not totally unexpected since the furnace was 20 years old (but give me a break). Had no idea who to call, so called Cranney who had a service sticker on the furnace. Within 3 hours, the service truck arrived and diagnosed the problem, we opted to consider a new system, the salesperson arrived and the contracts were signed with great financing (0%) arranged and a sweet MA $1000 rebate. The installers arrived the next morning and by 2PM we had a brand new warrantied furnace and full A/C system heating the house. When they left, there was not as much as a piece of cardboard or an old screw left behind.

Every single worker was polite, hard-working and informative. They kept me informed during every step of the process and constantly asked if I had any questions. I never felt pressured into making the decision to replace rather than repair. I felt that every bit of advice given was honest rather than up-selling. When finished, the condo was cleaner than when they came.

In summary, I have never used Cranney before and would never consider using anyone else.
