As a mortgage broker stay away from this wholesale company. I sent them a loan and asked my AE Mo Donalds a thousand time if it will be approved. I even sent the credit report, so they will be sure. She told me a thousand times that it will be approved. Turned out they declined it because the Chapter 13 was based on the discharge date and not based on the filing date as she told me.
They should have AEs that at the very least have some basic knowledge of their own guidelines.
Save yourself and your clients time and stay away from this company.
