I came here too put my dog to sleep. While it was a sad moment, I wanted to be sure he didn't feel any pain. I asked the staff would it hurt him (she said NO) and he cried the ENTIRE time while being euthanized. They were nice, friendly and understanding but I didn't appreciate being lied too.
