Resort was great waterpark was great but there were quite a few things wrov with our villa, especially the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. It had a very thin matress that wasn't even the right size for the couch. The matress was also much smaller than the frame. In the kiddie pools the floor was so rough that u had to wear your sandals or water shoes in it. It was definitely very kid and baby friendly. I brought my 7 month old with and he had a blast although it was quite intimidating for him. The indoor waterparks gave us a retreat from the sun when it got to be too much for the baby. They also have a new addition in a secluded area called wilderness on the lake which has an infinity pool and a children's waterpark! Though that was very cool. You take a boat shuttle to get there. It was very crowded for all of the corona virus stuff to be going on. They really should book less people than they do. Food and drink are very very expensive at their facilities. The bathrooms all smelled like porta potties which was weird. But overall it was quite nice and probably one of the best resorts in the dells!
