Didn't fix or repair anything I'd brought the car in for and wanted to charge me $125.00 to even look at the items listed. The service rep didn't call me - I had to call him and offered excuses as to why they couldn't fix the below: 1) A broken bolt on the air filter cover. "You don't need it" he said. 2) The trunk lid no longer raises upon opening. "Other cars don't have this issue on the lot" In general their service staff appears lazy, incompetent and disorganized.
