The lines to check in were endless. Got stuck in the monorail for 10 minutes, when it broke down. There is no pool. The free internet did not work. Express checkout did not work. It is NOT near the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. The room was clean and smoke free. The in-room coffee was decent. The 1-2-3 amenities were pleasant smelling. The soap was nice too. The circus tightrope walker was great!
