I stayed at ibis style braga with great disappointment
1. Check in from 25-26 January 2018, payment is made by ibis style braga, but when the check-in room is switched to mercury, even though we have made a payment, for irrational reasons, a system error is often repeated when I check in. at different times, what's wrong?
2. When before checking out we have asked for confirmation to prepare a billing payment for the cost of my stay starting from 25-29 January 2018, but the process takes almost 30 minutes. And even now, we don't receive billing properly.

Please respond to the ibis style braga hotel for events that may recur frequently.
