We saw the arrival of Italians - at the reception (in the lobby) there were soaked towels, glasses with cocktails, juices and drinks! Italians and everyone else are divided even by the color of the bracelets. Draw your own conclusions.
So if the number and attention of the staff are not the main thing for you, then everything else will suit you.
The sea (entrance from the panton) is usually closed until lunchtime due to a large wave (Sharma nuance), sometimes it is closed all day. Corals are alive, there are fish. So a trip to the sea on a yacht (Ras Mohamed) is not needed. There were fewer fish than the hotel.
Food is good, Italian cuisine (pasta, seafood, pizza), upset by the lack of good coffee in the restaurant, only instant coffee. There is Lavazza, but for 1.5 euros. There is nothing in the lobby bar.
