Very romantic. This hotel surpassed all my expectations, from the extremely attentive staff to their fine dinning restaurant, they even let the guests utilize their umbrellas as a complementary service, this comes really handy when it rains in Venice. Cleaniness in the rooms is remarkable, their toiletries are by Peter Roth Thomas. If you are a Diamond member, you will get access to the Executive lounge that offers complementary drinks and small snaks ( nuts, croissants and such).
