I am a competitive tennis player who started with Exos a few years ago with multiple significant bilateral injuries to my hips, core muscles and back. All these required multiple surgical interventions at several hospitals across the country. These were compounded with other underlying health issues that complicated my recovery process.
Instead of being intimidated by the complexity of my case, Exos saw me as a challenge and welcomed me with open arms.
Exos is a state of the art facility with every piece of equipment an athlete could ever wish for, but what truly distinguishes Exos from every other physical therapy facility is without a doubt their incredible staff. The best equipment in the world is useless without therapists who know how and when to use them.

Therapists helped me get doctor s appointments expedited, assisted in getting the correct scans scheduled, read scans immediately, loaned me top of the line recovery equipment for home use, and even brought in specialists for second opinions.
Exos takes rehabilitation to the next level with their multi pronged approach. This includes providing nutritional support and customized personal training which allows me to make gains never imagined while still rehabbing.
My only regret is not finding Exos sooner!
