Amazing cheeses, amazing staff! Big fan of the mustard seed gouda, and hand pulled string and 8 year aged cheddar! I'm not sure why someone complained about the size of the samples, but I do understand when I go to the grocery store, or any other store, samples are a courtesy, and not a given! The cheese is very high quality, and very local. And no one serves plastic on purpose, but it seems like it might be an honest mistake at a farmer's market.
