I had a 9:00 am appointment at pep boys in Brookha...

I had a 9:00 am appointment at pep boys in Brookhaven pa and when I got there at 8:45 I was told that the mechanic doesn't start till 10: am and somebody quit,then I was told they couldn't fit me in today and not sure about tomorrow, this is the second time pep boys done this to me, I hope that this message reaches someone who care about serving customers and not making excuses,
