I own a BMW 650i and I have been doing services here for two years. But my recent experience was way below my expectation. I headed in with my N63 class lawsuit oil change coupon. I was first off offered an oil change at $130 and I asked if I could apply my coupon on top of that. I was then rejected because "clearly" the $130 was after "applying a coupon" I don't know of, which excludes all other coupons. I did not see any of that written anywhere. I know the coupon online for a V8 oil change is $120. So either the SA was lying to me that $130 price is after coupon, or BMW Seattle just doesn't care about lawsuit settlement between customer and the manufacture. Either way, the dealer loses trust from me. I was very disappointed.
