Test drove a used truck, I asked for a copy of the carfax but they they never produced one. Sales guy was nice but the sales manager was quite the idiot, apparently he truly believed the price of the truck was $5000 more than the advertised price, made a fair offer but the sales manager and his 3rd grade math was too much too bare. I walked off the lot as he chased me down with a pathetic sales pitch. I pulled the carfax myself, turned out it was once wrecked and auctioned 5 times, rust on the undercarriage as it was from a snow state or two, not locally owned or traded. Pathetic lack of people and sales skills demonstrated by the the sales manager( finance guy) , the ask Russ or Contact Russ Danielle s link is a useless channel to pursue. Pathetic to have this dealership in NW Arkansas. Fire em all and get some honest sales/ finance managers in to make a deal... kinda like Nunnaly across the street where they meet and greet and are straight shooting! Don t waste your time at McLarty Daniel.
