After almost a month after ordering the chair, still no money refunded as I cancelled the order, and no chair, although they say it was delivered, which was not! What a disgraceful, appalling, miserable company to be dealing with. Please, please , please do not use them. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering with them!

Useless!!!... Been trying to contact them for a week by e-mail and phone regarding my order and they don't get back to me in any way, shape or form. Can't say bad customer service because there isn't one!!!
