Name brand Estate agency with branches all over doesn't necessarily quantify good service most time. I have know Sam Bains for a long time but despite knowing her for what she does, I decided to instruct a bigger and known estate agent (I will not mentiontion names) to sell my propety. After 8 weeks of instruction, I am still waiting on a sale from this corporate orgnisation.

I pop in to see Sam Bains on a friendly visit, on getting to seeing her she wondered why she wasnt given instruction to sell, I explain to her that my instruction was on a multiply sale first come serve. Sam Bains took instruction that very day, before the end of the week of that week Sam found me a buyer. The whole transaction took 4 weeks.

I am so greatful to you Sam, I also thank all your office staffs for a job well done. Good friendly atmosphere, efficient and good customer relation. Once again thank you.
