By far the best car buying experience ever!! Must compliment Nancy Galyon for doing such a wonderful job getting me into a Jeep! Went to IPAC and got a decent quote, but it wasn't as good as I was hoping for. Came home and decided to email Bluebonnet about a Jeep I was interested in at around 3PM. I quickly received a phone call from Nancy, we worked out the details and even talked about my trade-in over phone. She promised a total price that was $2500 less then IPAC and the trade-in was outstanding. My first thought was she must be lying to me to get me to drive all the way out to Boerne where they'd play the 'ole bait and switch. She guaranteed that wasn't the case so I headed out there.

When I arrived, the Jeep was ready, the contract was exactly what she said, there wasn't a hard sell on extra items. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. After some brief paperwork it was off to see the finance guy Steve Fekkos. Usually that's another nightmare. Steve was exceptional also - fast, friendly, no hard sell, quick contract, in and out. I was done by 730PM.

So an email at 3PM, no haggle offers over the phone, then 50 min drive and done by 730PM with an incredible deal - Amazing!

I've bought a lot of cars, and I can hold out and haggle all day long. Walking out of a deal is no problem for me. To have such a pleasant experience was a breath of fresh air. I've never written a google review before, but the whole process deserved to be recognized.
