By far the worst insurance company I've ever seen ...

By far the worst insurance company I've ever seen in my life.

We had an incident happen in August 2017, throughout the process, with every email communication, replies were extremely slow. We requested for some documents from them nothing was provided, screening our emails. It's been a complete Ghost Town experience with this company.

My family members are still going through a rough process (Confidential Details).

We just wanted to share our thoughts and to be heard. FYI this is the first review that I've ever written and the first one is for Tugo.
