I was very clean and pleasant but they want you to pay for everything but the complementary two packets of coffee and two teabags... There's no free continental breakfast and if you order breakfast and wish to eat it in your room you will have to pay an extra $10.00. They also place an $80.00 hold on your debit/credit call for using any of the other things like bottled water etc. It will be released after they check the room the next day at checkout or a 5 to 7 business days for debit cards...!
