Everytime I've purchased from them they will generate a shipping label same day or the next day, however they don't end up shipping it out of the warehouse for up to 4-5 days. I've had several instances where the tracking info states that the carrier didn't actually receive the item until 4-5 days after Rockauto generated a shipping label.

Furthermore, Rockauto has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE so if anything goes wrong with your order you are out of luck getting any help. For this reason I have never ordered critically needed or high value parts from them.
