About 3 months ago, we started thinking about renewing our commercial lease and then put me in touch with Benoit.

After a meeting, he explained the process to us and a few days later he made us visit several locals to get an idea of the offer and prices in the area.

Subsequently, we decided that we wanted to stay in the same room so he advised us to remove clauses on the lease and make some requests to the owner.
