My impression was ... well ... it could be a lot better
I had already made experience at Ikea in Essen (also in Corona time) and it was uncomplicated and quick (everything was done within 20 minutes)
At Ikea in Kamen it took 1.5 hours but also with the pressure from my side otherwise it would have taken even longer .....
