Unreliable - you should definitely avoid.

I ordered some gloves with LD Mountain Centre on Monday, paying extra for next day delivery to ensure they arrived well before I was due to fly out. On Thursday, the day AFTER they were due to arrive (I had just missed the 2pm cut-off for next-day delivery), I received an email to say that in fact they had never been in stock and so my money would be refunded. I have no idea why they didn't think to notify me on Tuesday when they were supposed to hand the parcel over to the courier.

At any rate, I was left with no gloves for my trip, and a struggle to race into London to find a physical shop to buy them from.

It's dodgy places like this that really put me off buying things online - especially in cases like this when you really need the item you've ordered.
