If zero star was an option that s what I d give them. Payments were taking out twice which over drafted an account. Contacted them about a refund, sent documentation proving so and was told to wait 3-5 business days. Never heard anything after almost a week so I CALLED THEM for someone to tell me they couldn t use the documents I sent. Mind you the checking account it s drafted from was frozen by the bank as well as the checking account until the issue is resolved. So after a week I resubmit new documents, call to verify they received them and was told 3-5 business days. 3 business days later I contact them and it s still under review with no update and was told I would hear something Monday (today-5th business day). Now they are telling me they ll have an answer for me Thursday (4 days later). When I asked how the person told me because 2 days didn t count because the finance department is only Monday -Friday. The 2 days they told me were a Wednesday and a Thursday so I informed them of that and their response was oh you are correct, I m sorry I was looking at the wrong month .???? This has been 2 weeks! They sure will take the money in a tea hurry but drag the wagon to give it back.. unprofessional, uneducated, and unethical!!! This business is a joke
