I would like to very highly commend Christine who I spoke with earlier this afternoon. H er attitude to my problem was incredible plus the fact that my problem was sorted out to my 100% satisfaction. I cannot thank her enough in this instance. She is a credit to Aerial Direct and may I add in this day and age one does not often a Company who puts its customers first. Also after the conversation with Christine I had to speak again with Kelly in another department who was as equally as helpful.

To sum up in I hope a concise manner my experience this afternoon with Aerial went more. Than the extra mile and also a double dose of. 5 Stars.
