A#1 Air did not live up to my expectations or deli...

A#1 Air did not live up to my expectations or deliver what they promise.

My mothers A/C system is on its way out so i called A#1 Air to have the system replaced..The day of install we were told the unit they brought out was not properly sized and may not cool the house ,this was after a salesman came out a week earlier to get info so system could be properly sized .I was given two options.... sign off to install the undersized unit or keep using my old unit.

I cannot tell how upset I was with this company, who in their right mind would sign off on spending thousands of dollars on an undersized unit for their retired moms' home that may not work properly?

I will not recommend A#1 Air to anyone in the future.
