Sure this place does care about animals, but they do not care about you. I visited several times in the same week and they lost my surveys. I had every intention of adopting this specific dog that same day, but was told to come back the next morning because they were too overloaded 2 hours before closing. I was told "we normally don't do this but I can put her on temporary hold for you." It was a lie. After an hour long commute and being 30 minutes early someone else adopted that same dog. I'm glad the dog was adopted, but I can't say I can trust a place that would lie to me and not apologize.
