One star because the view was truly amazing and because our waitress was lovely. Not worth going for food, I can imagine it'll be wonderful just for drinks.

The service was rather horrible (except for our waitress):
First up, there was complimentary sorbet end of the evening but they gave us short of 1 (they gave us 4 servings when we're a party of 5). When we informed the kitchen, the reply was simply, there was none left hence we were given only 4 servings, which left quite a bad taste in the mouth as though we were asked to finish the kitchen's leftovers. It would have been better if they didn't offer the complimentary sorbet.
Secondly, when they were closing and asked for us to leave, one of the waiters (in a spiteful tone) threatened us saying "if you don't leave now, you'll not be able to take the lifts" which makes one wonder if the rest of the staff walked down 57 stories or they actually parachute down. (Because, you know, they were just starting to clean up...)

Now, about the food. The dishes were rather confusing. They tried to put a Singaporean twist into every dish. Good idea, but the execution is sadly, not. Maybe this only applies to the set menu and perhaps the ala cart tastes better?
The Tom Yam and salted egg sauce tasted the same.
The salted egg sauce tasted like curry.
The curry sauce tasted like satay peanut sauce.
The satay did not come with peanut sauce.
I'm confused. Can you please?

Other points to note: the burrata was not very fresh, but acceptable with the chilli oil. Duck was cooked poorly. Salmon and octopus were cooked nicely, just don't eat the sauces (both sauces taste the same fyi, when the Salmon should be salted egg sauce and the Octopus Tom Yam). Dear Lord. Send help.
