We were unfortunate to contact covid earlier this year. The boiler broke down and we received no help until we were clear of covid. No heating no hot water for nearly 2 weeks! Finally fixed the boiler only for the Same problem to arise a few months later. They patched it up promised it would last until they could fit the new part. It didn't hence this. They stipulate that any emergency call will be actioned within 24 hours!!?? So far it's been 30 hours 20 minutes and they refuse to attend! Bunch of cowboys!! Watchdog worthy!!!
