Very bad experience. Not at all what I expect from Mercedes. Very disappointed.

MB of Bellevue has little respect for their customers. They have wasted so much of my time.

I have a broken driver side mirror. Went in to get it appraised, order the parts, and schedule an appointment. Parts came about a week later and after bringing the car in they tell me that they missed one of the parts.

I schedule another appointment and ask for a courtesy vehicle. They said they didn't have any and would have to push the appointment out if I needed a courtesy vehicle. I accepted an earlier date with no vehicle because I wanted to get the car fixed. I call ahead of coming in on the day of the appointment and they tell me the appointment is confirmed. When I get there, they tell me I'm scheduled for the following week. I realized that they moved my appointment without telling me and just updated the calendar invite. They also tell me "sorry, but we gitnoverbooked". Now, I have a date further out than the date they offered initially with the courtesy vehicle, except that I don't have one.

I try calling back and they leave me on hold for several minutes then hang up on me without even picking up.

Very unprofessional and disappointing. Not sure why I'm keeping the car if this is the service I'm going to get.
