Just took a call from one of their staff regarding a job I had expressed interest in. He then proceeds to give me a dressing down in a very rude manner because he had tried calling me in the past and I never picked up. I suggest the individual concerned learns some basic levels of courtesy and manners. Taking his frustrations out on a potential candidate does not bore well for anyone unfortunate to undertake the role. He also needs to remember there are plenty people who call agencies when on an assignment and guess what? No answer. Agencies are a sad fact of life these days as the continue to exploit people in poorly paid professions but insolence when discussing potential work is a sure sign people need to avoid. Job search elsewhere folks, this outfit cannot even master the basics. Truly dire.
Please be advised this nonsense of having no record of people who leave negative feedback is a standard excuse they give to complainants. For purpose of clarity the individual involved who decided he was going to lay down the law to me in an attempt to bully me into accepting how he goes about his business is a manager in the organisation named Earlington Levendale. If anyone has any dealings please beware. Stay clear.
