Melissa Shelley was my sales rep and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the Rogue and was able to answer every question I had. She was able to give me great reasons as to why the Rogue was a good fit for me and she was able to give me great comparisons with other vehicles I was looking at. Brian Eliss was extremely helpful when it came down to making a deal and was able to work with my budget. Lastly TJ was excellent with working out all the fine details and getting me my car in just a couple of days after signing! One of the most noticeable things is that every staff member I interacted with was able to remember me by name at each visit and specific details I had mentioned. The customer service was great and I hope this will continue as I service my vehicle there. Thanks!
