Had a 2015 Mazda, used AutoFlex to lease a 2018 model. At the time, they told me I could get a different car after two years but I HAD to go through them to get a different car, which is a lie. I'm no longer in the area and spoke with someone local to me. I found out I am negative $7600 in my current lease which means AutoFlex gave me absolutely nothing for my trade. They didn't even tell me how much I was getting for my trade, they only told me what my payment would be. I reached out and asked about the negative equity, getting a different car, etc. The only responses I've received are for getting something else, questioning their business practices, etc. got no response whatsoever. If I could give zero stars I would.
