I booked a flight to Canada via expedia. The cancellation was confirmed, it is about a year today I'm still waiting for the refund or the chance to book for another flight, I contacted expedia and even accepte to pay the penalty fees of 130 euros but uptill now nothing. I have contacted the customer service more than 25 times still nothing. My advice to anyone up there trying to book via expedia is--if you are not ready for hart-break, don't try this website. Just simply go your way.
