I visited in November 2013 when the ambassador's residence was opened to the public as part of TOKYO DESIGN WEEK.
It was an event called Dutch Art & Design @ Dutch Ambassador's Residence, but I was fascinated by the many furnishings and the small designs in the building that I can hardly see.

Near the embassy near Shiba Park, there are many slopes, temples, schools, etc., and it is a very elegant area.
Speaking of which, there are Holland Hills Mori Tower and Seven-Eleven Kamiyacho Holland Hills store, so the embassy has a strong presence as a landmark.

One of the impressions of those who stepped inside was the appearance of a charming atmosphere that was quite suitable for the name of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
