I have enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt so far. They are very accommodating and really work to make the stay enjoyable. My only 2 issues with the hotel are: My room was booked incorrectly and they charged me to fix it. It was no fault of mine that the room was booked wrong and charging me for it seemed inappropriate. The parking garage charges are separate from the hotel. It seems the reached an agreement with the city for valet parking, but not for normal parking. As a business traveler, its extremely inconvenient to have to pay for parking separately .
