DEATH TO EBAY AND PAYPAL They do not protect the consumer. It is a ring of theives. I've been duped by both and no more 3 strikes!! Now even though I'm in good standing with the a 100% rating and no outstanding transactions or fees, I can't close my account..EBAY WON'T LET ME NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. ASSCLOWNS!!
