After paying 500 dollars for a procedure I had done for my second fur baby elsewhere for 100 dollars I became skeptical of this location. I brought my cat in numerous times and felt the care was always mediocre and the Vet is rough with animals. I wound up bringing my dog to Nashua pet care clinic and they were so kind, sat on the floor played with my dog and really gave genuine care. I decided to switch my cats to Nashua pet care as well even though it s further away and this office ignored my request to send their documents. The second time I called (72 hours later) they said it needed to be approved by an office manager and would try to have it sent before my appointment the following day. Further validating it is not about animal care but clearly about money as they essentially refused to give me my animals documents. Do not recommend AT ALL, awful care, overpriced and RUDE. Nashua care is 100 times better and much cheaper-don t waste your money here!
