In Bandung, Haidar Bagir, Ali Abdullah, and Zainal Abidin who had just graduated from ITB established the Mizan Publisher on March 7, 1983. For the first time, this publisher published 2000 to 3000 copies of the Sunni-Shi'a Dialogue book: Correspondence between As Shaykh Al-Misyri Al-Maliki, Chancellor of Al-Azhar in Cairo Egypt and As-Sayyid Syarafuddin Al-Musawi Al-'Amili A Great Shia Ulama who is invited much attention at that time.

The book is actually a translation of Al-Muraja'at compiled by Syarafuddin Al-Musawi Al-mAili. The translator is Ustadz Muhammad Al-Bagir Al-Habsyi, father of Haidar Bagir who is known as one of the defenders of Shia.
