Never going back. I've stayed here before but I didnt get a sense that my concerns mattered to them. make sure you get a confirmation email with the exact detail of prices.

I called reservations to book a two day stay with 2 rounds of golf. The person suggested I go for the unlimited golf package for just a $40 difference. I also mentioned a texasgolfnow deal which was very similar in price but it did not include umlimited golf. I agreed to do the unlimited deal he offered and i was quoted a TOTAL of $389 for two golfers, 2 nights, unlimited golf - all taxes and resort fees included. (the texasgolfnow deal was above $330 for 2 nights) When i arrived I was told that $389 was per night! i gave the name of the person who made reservations, to which they replied, he no longer worked there and that they couldnt do anything for me. i said i wished they recorded their calls to which they said "we do" and i jumped on that, i asked them to play back recording. they told me that manager would have to do it and that i would get a call back.. so we checked in for at least that one night and to play some golf while they reviewed the call. i never heard back from any manager, i followed up but my request was still under review. i visited them to check out and then they finally said the recording didnt reveal anything. i wish they would have let me hear it. I also wish they would have worked something out with me as this was a disagreement brought on by their former employee. I payed for my reservation in advance. And i wanted an explanation as to why i would only have payed for half if that indeed was the price they thought i agreed to? i would make no sense to me to pay for only half. I was paying for a 2 day stay in full. not half of it.. They doubled my price and it made me very frustrated. I wont go back because of it-- the principle of the whole transaction and not the money..
