This restaurant is beyond horrible . I used to go here all the time with my friends and it was great , never had a problem. For the last two visits there (one was early December and the other was at the end of December ) the food wasn t that great and on top of that the servers were rude and slow and the manager that I spoke to not sure of the name was even more rude . The manger was no help at all. I tried to explain to her that we wanted separate bills and we had scene cards and because our server was attending to everyone else in her section but us, we were not able to tell her that. So I asked to speak to the manger to let her know of the slow service as well as the fact that our server was extremely rude as well and not only did the manager come up with excuses but she was also rude to us also. I have not been back and will not be back. I did the survey on the bottom of the receipt in hopes I would be able to speak to someone about my awful experience but this franchise store doesn t care about customer service since I never heard back. I never write google reviews but I felt it was necessary that I write one since they clearly don t care enough to respond to the complaint I had wrote in on the survey . Like I said I will not be back and I ll make sure to tell friends and family about the horrible customer service this franchise store displays !
