Paul and HiTech Solutions really helped me a lot to find a job 2 years ago. I believe their strength comes from the fact it is a small business with a bigger focus on their candidates than with big companies where they just want to place you quick somewhere.

They took their time with me, suggest offers that fit my background and most important they didn't pressure me.
